"One of the best practices I've been to by far. Jordan was extremely kind, and went above and beyond to find me the right back, and knee braces. He spent his time explaining everything in detail. Even if your insurance doesn't pay for everything they have payment options. But if you have state insurance they cover your braces at no cost to you.i highly recommend anyone that needs any kind of braces to go to this office. Staff is very accommodating with appointments! Thank you for the wonderful experience And they also offer if anything is wrong with your braces after you get them you can return and they will fix it at no cost. Free consultations as well. "When making my appointment I asked did they take my insurance. The person that made my appointment said yes. I told her it is not Health Plan of Nevada Medicaid. She says oh, we take your insurance. I asked how much would the orthotics cost, she said depending on insurance. Now, I take off work to come up an appointment and they tell me it is an out of pocket cost. Very incompetent that whomsoever is making appointments are not giving out correct information."

"When I first came in to pop prosthetics, they asked for reviews. I gave all 5.. then the disappointment begins.. There I am again, putting another complaint in about another medical facility. It’s extremely frustrating here in Nevada, to know that the healthcare system isn’t there for their patients. I have a Disability which causes me to fall, I needed an updated Brace, so I was referred to this company. They dragged me on for 2.5 months, always stating the insurance company denied my claim, needing additional info The prior authorization was never even put into the insurance company. How do I know this? I reached out to the insurance company, I reached out to my advocate nurse. I did my own investigating, found a company that would assist me. I had my first appointment, they fitted me for my brace, two weeks later they scheduled an appointment for me to come in and pick up my new brace.Only taking 3 weeks!! Now that’s a company that I will highly recommend!They treat their patients with upmost respect. If your looking for a positive outcome, definitely go elsewhere.."
