"I went in to get my Shark fixed. It wouldn't turn on. I happened to be in the market for a new vacuum as mine hasn't been working well at all. I just didn't kbow what I wanted so I thought fixing mine would buy me time. My Shark was great when we had all hard floors, now we have carpet in our new home. I loved the on board attachments. Very easy and convenient. After chatting with the salesman, test driving several vacs by both myself and both my sons, we left with a brand new Sebo Felix Vacuum. It's lightweight, swivels and has onboard tools. We have two Rottweilers who leave Rottie Glitter EVERYWHERE. We also live in a very rural area where dirt and sand are EVERYWHERE. We got all the extra attachments and more bags to put in our vac. The fact I can flip open the lid, close the bag so dirt doesn't fly and toss it, makes it easy clean up. How does it work? Well, I thought my carpet was stained. I vacuumed up all the Rottie hair from my carpet and my carpet changed color. The Sebo sucked up everything my Shark left behind. Both my girls (Rotties) got vacuumed with the hose attachment too. They love that. They argued when I switched from one to the other. I also love the variable speeds for vacuuming. If you're in the market for a vacuum, PLEASE, go visit this store. You will receive an education about YOUR vacuum and ALL the vacuums. They do have lay away options available too. My Shark went to vacuum heaven yesterday and I don't feel bad at all. I love my new Sebo. Wife, Mom, Husband, kid and dog approved."

"For some reason, my wife enjoys "cleaning" (reads: disassembles) our steam cleaners from time to time, and it doesn't always come back together up to "factory spec" (reads: usually ends in fire). "I came in to Vegas Vacuum and Sewing a few days ago, simply to look for a part to my 5 year old Hoover bagless that I ever so loved. After speaking with Steve AKA "The Vacuum Man" I decided to give up on my Hoover and adopt a new family member, Zippy the SIMPLY Vacuum. Steve was ever so accommodating - from how I was going to pay to putting the vacuum together for me, taking it out to my car - showing me about the attachments and even others that I would need. He explained that I was actually just moving dust around with my old Hoover... and WOW was he right... the carpet in the hallway(pic below) was so walked on and treaded down that it was absolutely flat. ONLY ONE, Simply ;-) ONE run of Zippy the SIMPLY Vacuum and our carpet looks and feels the way it did when it was first installed. I am so so so happy with this new family member.
