"I'm a former employee. Two weeks ago I was shopping at the club and the first thing that the Cafe girl you had covering the entrance door says to me is "DID YOU HEAR SO-N-SO GOT FIRED???!?" She didn't greet me the way you should be greeting A MEMBER, she didn't even ask for my membership card. Instead, she loudly announced to me that an employee was fired. How was that any of my business? How was that any of my family's business? Is that acceptable and professional behavior to you? Club manager Susan and the rest of management and Team Leads need to be more tight-lipped and strict with their staff about workplace gossip and pettieness, ESPECIALLY with people who no longer work for this establishment. I'm there to shop, I'M NOT there to hear the drama about something that DOESN'T concern me."

"Update on March 9th, 2024.! 5 Stars on savings in bulk! However, I will retthink prcusing my favorite apples here. See the picture below. 5 Stars for great deals on a few items we buy, like the ingredients pictured, plus 5 stars for the Optical department. The optical assistants make one feel special in choosing frames to the right price point that suits ones budget. Recently I'm always a happy shopper,; from gas for our car to fun holiday ideas, pillows, and scrumptious seasonal food item's like the Krusteaz pumkin dry mix: makes yummy cookies to pancakes and pumpkin bread!!"

"I came here with my sister since she needed to stock up on some stuff, and now it's made me want to sign up for membership. There were so many good deals on so many different bulk items all throughout the store. The staff we interacted with were all nice, and overall I thought the store was nice, and so large."

"This is the worst Sam's I have been in for the CAFE and I have lived all over the country. Penny working the Floor was extremely nice and helpful but the girls in the cafe 4:00 PM were terrible and the pizza they were selling was OLD. I complained to them and the dark haired girl said HAVE A NICE DAY… skip the cafe here when you go!!"

"I go here at least once a week, scan option on the app is super convenient but suggest this on small purchases and not a full cart. Pick up option is even better except if you are picky with produce or weigh in items. Have been a member for years taking advantage of the plus membership and the benefits. It pays for itself every year. Get the plus, avoid crowds and shop early Pics were from the holidays taking photos of flowers and other decor while I was waiting for a new battery install. Also, tires are amazing deals compared to other places. Shop around and compare."
