"This is the first time I’ve used Goettl. I am extremely impressed so far. Had an issue with my shower drain. Turned out worse than I thought. Andrew my tech went thoroughly through everything he was doing explaining it all to me so I understood. He gave me options of what to do. "On the advice of neighbors I reached out to Goettl for a possible water leak. It was a holiday weekend but the scheduler/ dispatcher was able to have a technician, Jeff Faulkner, come out Sunday about 4pm. Jeff listened to the issues I was having and then spent the next 2 hours digging through the rocks and dirt to find exactly where the leak was coming from. He kept me informed of each step he needed to take so I didn't have any rude surprises and was able to find the leak and it's possible cause. I was given my options for repair, cost breakdown, and was able to work out how to keep water flowing into the house until repairs were finished, giving me peace of mind. On Monday, Presidents Day, Jeff was out first thing in the morning creating a temporary water line so I was not without creature comforts. For the next 2 days, Mark has been out replacing the water main. He has kept me up to date on where the repair was at, let me know when and for how long water may need to be off, and what to expect. Very professional while also being pleasant when crazy neighbors stop by, defusing what could have become a situation. Since a trench was dug in my yard and would be there for a few days, I was happy to see that it was covered and the area clearly marked with caution tape for the safety of my neighbors. I'm also happy to note that Goettl techs talked about pulling permits and having the main inspected before closing up the trench, making sure everything is up to code. To me this means they will do quality work."

"Goettl is an "AWESOME" company! Jeff was a jewel, extremely knowledgeable, and professional! Can't imagine doing business with anyone else for plumbing needs! I called for assistance with an object obstruction in one of my toilets, and they were able to accommodate me with an appointment the same day!"

"I had my HVAC unit replaced due to the age. Overall I am not impressed with their quality and installation! The outside disconnect was not installed correctly and wasn't properly insulated around the disconnect. The attic has flying splices on a reworked switch and one of the junction boxes has the hot wire taped together with no wire nut. The knockout on the furnace has wires going through it with out any plastic bushings to prevent an electrical short! The salesman did a disservice when selling the unit. He did not cover the NV ENERGY insensitives provided for upgrading my HVAC unit. I would have chosen the better unit knowing I would have qualified for NV ENERGY rebates."
