"We dined here Sunday evening about 6pm and got a table right away. Loved having the booth, perfect for dinner for 2. It was quiet enough where you can have a decent conversation during your meal. We ordered 2 rolls as a starter, both were very good! There are about 6-8 rolls to choose from. Our mains looked and tasted great as well, we had the Tomahawk and Sea Bass. Sides came out looking good and tasting even better as well. Certainly would dine here again!"
"This is our second time visited Kusa Nori and finally I got a chance to write the review. Food : Awesome,Fresh and always serve hot! My husband got a beef on on a hot sizzling plate (I can’t remember the name but just tell that to the server they’ll know what are you talking about) that plate come with Shishito peppers and oyster mushrooms. It was sooooo good. The sauce was perfectly balance between salty and sweet.I got a rolls called 3000 Blvd and it was good and fresh.Another one was my all time favorite “Sashimi salad” this is my second time order this dish and still not disappointed. Service : Awesome from the host.Greeting with smile and quick. Our server was great and always come back and check on us,He was great when we tried to order our food but we had like 10,000 questions which he can answer them all! Vibe : It’s nice and cozy.It might be a little bit noisy when they start cooking teppanyaki but it doesn’t last that long,So over all it’s great! This is our second time and guess what?! Third fourth fifth will be happening for sure!"
"Came here while staying at the Conrad prior to watching Luke Bryan. We were lucky enough to be here for happy hour. We shared Wagyu gyoza, various sushi and oysters. All of these I would recommend. Don't skip over this spot when staying."
"Must visit this restaurant if in Vegas. I not a sushi fan per se, but i used this visit to try somethings new and this restaurant did not disappoint. Had my second ever oyster... super delicious as i expected. The asian flavors really complimented the oyster. They make this hand roll and sushi using real snow crab and both dishes were EVERYTHING. So flavorful, great texture. The drinks were as refreshing as they were pretty as they were dramatic and as they were unique. Staff at this restaurant provided excellent service were quite knowledgeable of the menu and provided great presentation of both foods and drink."
"I love the atmosphere here. We came in and ordered food and treated it like a buffet. Overall the food was good. Except towards the end, my lobster head was cooked all the way, it was actually still raw and I had a few bites into it and boy, my stomach didn’t agree with me that night. The chef was polite and exceptional.. I personally thought he didn’t exactly know how to cook the lobster head the way my family would do it so it was raw and i I didn’t pay attention, though he the thermometer out to check for temp. Anyhow, the service was still nice. We got lobsters, A5 Wagyu for tepaniyki, and tuna sashimi, spicy edamame, some oysters but they were never brought out, maybe they forgot but we weren’t charged for it. I love the whole atmosphere, the presentation of the food. My favorite part was the fresh wasabi. I literally scoop it up and eat it like jam. It was so fresh and tasty. They will give you fresh wasabi made in front of you for $25/small plate. ☺️Definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu! I put the receipt in case I forgot to mention the dishes we actually got but they all were good. We had more food than 3 people could eat!"
