"I waited 6 months for a piece of furniture that came in damaged. After declining to take the item they're now giving me a hard time over delivery fee even though again the reason for the return is due to DAMAGED furniture. Rep on the phone was very unhelpful just kept repeating "I can only see/do what's in the system" like some robot. EDIT: correct amount was refunded. I don't know who to blame for the piece arriving in such bad condition however most conversations with Crate and Barrel staff were good. Last employee I talked to was just lazy and tried and fob me off with a "system" excuse which is always unappreciated."
"Bought some beautiful shallow bowls that were actually less than other big box stores. Such detail in packing them as well. They were wrapped and placed in this special Crate and Barrel box with a handle to transport them home safely. (Still held the box from the bottom too lol) Loved the extra touch and will add to the collection soon!"
