She checked the purchase transaction online and processed the refund. It was all very easy. The store was very cheerfully decorated for Christmas sales. The service reps on the floor were very friendly and helpful in finding items that I needed. 1/19/23 Shopped here for plants. No masks required. Clean neat parking lot. Store well organized and neat. Employees were following the Covid 19 guidelines. Hand sanitizers are readily available. Customer service was great and very helpful. At different aisles I was greeted by rep to help.
