"I had the loveliest experiance today the wonderful older white lady who greeted me was beyond delightful and assisted me further by helping get down the front door handle I needed the lovely young lady with short brown hair in paint helped me figure out what glue I was buying the young black man who helped me check out was so friendly as he assisted an around my age white lady who did not know the color of her blouse which was seafoam green most would mistake it for blue which since it was St.Patricks day is the only reason it was under discussion lol I'm only giving descriptions since I don't know anyone's name who helped and made my shopping extra delightful but I figure the store might know who was working today SO AN EXTRA 2 THUMBS UP LOWES FROM ME an over 55 yrs old tired designer who has frequent flyer points in hardware stores big and small"

"I don't know what was going on. I went to this place for purchasing new water heater along with installation service because one of my friend recommend me this place. They sent entire service to the other local contractor and not even let me choose the water heater unit on the spot. Later, the contractor came to my place and told me that new water heater unit including installation service will cost around $3500,, can you believe this?? I was expecting it will cost around $1200-1400 and ended-up told $3500,, I've tell this story to my friends and they all surprised that it could happen even at well known major national chain store. I've called other handy man and finished the job much, much less than $3500. Unless you are willing to install water heater by your own, make sure it will not cost over $3000."

"I got really great service at this store. Every employee who saw me and/or passed me asked me how I was doing and if I needed help. This was at least three different people. I also stopped in to the Garden Center to ask about bulbs. The cashier wasn't sure if they carried any but when another employee happened by she asked her (on my behalf). Said employee tracked me down to inquire if I was the one asking about bulbs. I ended up finding them myself but was thrilled that they went to such trouble. Definitely would come back!"

"I drove for 4 hrs to pick this tractor mower up. I ordered it online and I received several texts and emails that is was ready for pick up. Online it said it was assembled. Long story short it was not assembled. It was still in a crate. The manager JAN simply stated in a rude comment that they do not assemble and I should have purchased John Deere. She was so self absorbed and insensitive. No customer service at all! JAN ,A MANAGER IS TOTALLY NOT INTERESTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WAS A VERY BAD $2000.00 PLUS PURCHASE THAT I WISH I COULD HAVE PURCHASED ELSEWHERE..."
