"Just tried to get air for my tires this morning so I put in $2 of quarters into the machine and it still refused to turn on. I went inside and was directed to talk to the manager which then walked out with me and said, he couldn’t give me my money back, couldn’t turn on the machine for me. I then mentioned air can’t legally be charged in Nevada and he just walked away. This 7/11 is owned by thieves and I will be reporting them to the BBB."

"This 711 has the worst cashiers. I’ve never experienced more rudeness than I have at this 711 location. I spoke to the owner/ manager before and apparently he doesn’t care how his employees treat his customers. Real shame. Try to avoid stopping here unless I’m beyond E in my gas tank."

"The worst 7/11 I have ever been to. Extremely rude cashiers with ZERO customer service skills whatsoever. Just today the cashier named ‘Terrib’ literally said to me, “you stupid”. So with that, I walked out and they just lost a customer."

"Decent place for my visit. I was looking for coffee, but what they had was old and only one pot on the burner. It was the later time at night, but other 7 Elevens I have visited did had fresh coffee at that time of night. Besides that it was a clean, stock place with friendly staff."

"You know I used to love this location but the last time I was there they gave me the wrong change, and not in my favor. I went back I immediately to discuss the discrepancy and the owner refused to do a count on the register- seriously! I know there can be mistakes sometimes, but the blatant refusal to check into it was enough for them to loose my business for good. Very non neighborly. Go to any other gas station then this one- they are not on the up and up. They lost a loyal customer over $5. So sad."
