"Went through the drive through. Oh wow. My drink had a hole in it. I had to run to my apartment in order to save most of it. Not good. It was my first time going there. What's up with that. I will have to clean up my car because of this. Just saying"

"Never fails at this McDonald's. They can never get anything right, and if they're out of something for a kids happy meal instead of relaying that information they just give you something else. They're notorious for not providing paid extras such as extra cheese on the filet-o-fish. This last time they put mayo on the burger instead of tartar sauce."

"Tjis place is horrible. The KIDS work8ng the drive thru couldnt understand my order and laughed at me. After 4 attempts to order i drove to window. They left me sitting at window for a lengthy time before opening it. Then i askes them to repeat my order and again they did not it get it right. After more waiting a guy came to window and shoved a bag at me saying " heres your 5 cheeses burgers" i didnt order 5 cheese burger!!! When i got home all burgers wrong. Happy meal wrong. I called and spoke with Hazel manager who stated she was sorry and to have my daughter come up with pictures of reciept. We had a snow storm that night and my daughter went up the next day. Hazel states she was not authorized to give refund to come back on Monday to speak with another manager. I called Monday and spoke with Sandra who said she would refund my money to my daughter who was running errands. My daughter got there and was told no they wouldnt do it. She was instructed to go sit in stall3 and wait for Sandra to come out. I ened up calling admin office and she states they would remake food or send out 1 or 2 single order gift card. WHY WOULD WE EAT THERE AGAIN? THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE AND SERVICE IS WORSE!!!"

"This review is long overdue, and the rudeness by the staff today was finally the last straw. I went to the drive thru and there were 3 cars ahead of me, finally 15 minutes later I get to order. I give the girl my coupon code from the app for buy 1 get 1 free double cheeseburgers. The app tells me something like thanks, we have received your code. A couple minutes later she asks for the code again, which is gone as the app does. She asks for the order and said that might kick it in. I tell her and she says I will have your total at the first window. After another long wait I get to the window to be told full price. I said no I used the coupon it should be just over $4. The girl got extremely snappy saying well I didn't take your order and went on an attitude filled rampage. I said may I please speak to the manager to fix this. Some older Mexican lady comes up a few minutes later telling me the system lost the code and there's nothing she can do about it. Then she just kept repeating "it's nothing to us" when I asked about fixing it ( no clue at all what that is supposed to mean). I finally said so you can't honor the coupon due to your own admitted error? She said you can use it tomorrow or the next day or the next day it's nothing to us. So I left after sitting in line forever as they took a solid 5+ minutes per car. Honestly I habe never went to this location and not been either missing an item, had wring items, almost always cold stale fries, or at the very least the burgers are thrown together to where most of the condiments are all over the wrapper and the cheese is half melted to the wrapper and barely on the sandwich. This location is the most inept McDonald's I have ever been to. It's not that hard to make fast food burgers, but they somehow screw it up 9 times out of 10 at least."

"Came through drive-thru and ordered 2 double quarter pounders, 3 hamburgers amd some drinks and fries. They rushed me out of their window. I checked the order and go figure it's wrong. How hard is 3 hamburgers plain? Meat bun..... get home amd the burgers are rare. This place never gets the orders right and how do u push out meat that's not cooked unless your pulling it early before the timer goes off. I'll be contacting headquarters this time"
