"I order doordash from this taco bell at minimum once a week, for the past 6 months, every single time, my order has been wrong. Does anyone actually read the orders? I always order no tomatoes or sour cream and every single time is got tomatoes and sour cream on it. What is the point of offering the option if you're not going to read the damn order and make it correctly? I'm done with this place."

"They are overcharging on multiple items. Price on menu doesn’t match up with receipt. Mentioned it at window and they didn’t even offer to correct the problem after they overcharged me and I showed them the receipt."

"Wish there was an option for “accuracy”. They forgot 3 of my items. Taco Bell got $9 out of me from missing food. I would have recommended the Cinnabon delights or nacho fries but I didn’t get those since they weren’t put in my bag."

"My main complaint is their drinks taste like rusted pipes. Either the soda machine hasn't been clean or the pipes need to be replaced or something but there is a very bad aftertaste in their drinks it's very unsettling. The food however It's pretty good usually done correctly and hot. The customer service experience is good During the day there is an older lady who works the drive through who's absolutely amazing. I would have given this place a 4 star but the drinks really drop it down for me because they taste funny. I've even tried ordering my drinks with no ice but the taste is still there"

"The rudest customer service. I have ever experienced. The cashier keep interrupting me to talk to her coworkers. Never let me finish ordering. Kept telling me my total after every item I order instead of asking if I wanted anything else. I order a cheese quesadilla they gave chicken."
