"It's a bit of a drive but we'll worth going. The food is on point. It was an extra big portions. The teriyaki chicken tasted very sweet cooked perfectly. The steak was also cooked perfectly. Cabbage was fresh and rice was sticky and perfect. Overall great experience Will be back soon."
"Absolutely wonderful experience going here. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, almost like I've known them for years despite just meeting them. The decor and music within the shop are just amazing, and give off such good vibes. But none of that compares to the food. I got a plate, with kalua pork and the cabbage salad. You can taste that everything is homemade and cooked with love and pride like no other. I was practically drooling while eating my meal. Flavorful, full-bodied, warm, and down-right delicious. If you're looking for a positive and welcoming place, with good food and amazing staff, please visit this place. I'd rate it more than 5 stars if it were possible."
"We ate lunch here multiple times. On my first visit, someone recommended the shack chicken. The chicken was breaded and cooked perfectly. On my second visit, I tried the teriyaki chicken and some spam musubi. This was my favorite. The restaurant has great music playing while you dine in, but it was just a little loud. I'm positive they would turn it down if you asked. The service was excellent, and the family pictures on the wall were awesome to see such a happy family. I highly recommend you try this place out."
"Wow those short ribs. Best short ribs i have ever eaten hands down. Well done chef and staff you all destroyed the competition. They were so busy. Had orders over the phone like nonstop. Impressive and now i understand why. Look at the counter pic i posted they have lunch foam plates 5 high. Great working class lunch stop. Reasonably priced and great quality. Plus that culture is awesome."
