Pizza Hut

"been waiting in my car over 25 minutes for my order after the 15 minutes the site said it would take. Still waiting, so I figured I had time to write a review. Came here for Pi Day--fyi, the regular deals on the site are cheaper than the "free" pizza Pi Day deal (also been on hold on the phone over 10 minutes now)"

"Just go to a different location. The person working was horrible. He has a disgusting personality and terrible customer service skills. Extremely passive aggressive for no reason. I asked him to pick up my order nicely and he just snapped. If you see an guy around his early 20s, waves, tats, and a piercing just avoid at all costs."

"The people at front counter pays attention to everyone walks into the store, and taking food orders at steady speed! Also the pizza is done in 15 minutes, and the food temperature is perfect! So you bet that I'll be coming back for sure."

"I came to the S Rainbow and W Robindale Location. Horrible service! I received my personal pan pizza and it was just cheese and the meat so I asked if they could remake it and he said yes and that I could keep the pizza I told him I had no need for the pizza so if he could throw it out please he proceeded to snatch the pizza from and toss it in the garbage behind the counter and sighed hard. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited for the new pizza. I received the pizza opened up the box and of course it’s very sloppy and dripping pizza sauce. I called to speak to a manager because at this point 3rd time will not be a charm and to my surprise… HE WAS THE MANAGER!!! So I guess they don’t have to expand their customer service values because he’s in charge and feels it’s okay to do the things he does. To end it all off I won’t be coming back to this establishment and hopefully the manager will take into consideration that people spend their hard earned money and their precious time to enjoy what Pizza Hut promotes GOOD FRESH PIZZA! Rant over. Now I have to go find lunch elsewhere and hopefully I won’t have to keep going back because they don’t care about customers."
