"I was surprised to see a Shoe Palace in this area as it’s not labeled on google maps. I’m assuming it’s new. I walked in and both employees looked at me from the counter then quickly looked away and continued their conversation. No greeting, nothing. Felt completely ignored while I was there. The music was so loud that I could barely hear the associate when he finally approached and asked if I needed help. I asked to try on a pair of new balances and when he returned, I was only given the right shoe. He quickly walked away with the box and the left shoe?? I thought that was odd as I always like to try and walk in both shoes to see how they feel. The shoe he handed me had the laces completely undone and I wasn’t going to sit there and attempt to lace up one shoe for several minutes so I handed it back and left. I would suggest going to another place that lets you try on both shoes and has better customer service than this one."
"They look understaffed. The girl that was helping me Daija was very nice but she was doing a lot of work alone & she looks very young. Loved the shoes."
"Just went in today to get myself and my son a pair of shoes. It's like they don't want business or to make money. The music was loud, two employees were standing directly In front of the shoes we were looking at, no one said a single word to us from the time we walked in until the time we had the shoes on our hand to ask for a size. We left because they didn't want to help us. Shoe palace should rehire a team for this store. There are plenty of people that want to work."
"Went there on 2/24/24 and spent $753.10. We could barely get any help. It took way longer than it should’ve. The guy who first started helping us left mid way and left our shoes on the counter so he could flirt with another customer. We sat there waiting and waiting. Finally another guy helped but he was trying to talk to that girl as well. Right when we were about to leave then we got a little more help. Probably would’ve spent more if someone actually cared about paying customers."
"Wow! Great selection and probably would have bought about three pairs of J’s, but the music was ridiculously loud and all three employees were on their phones. When one salesperson finally asked us if we needed help, we could barely hear her, and we were already through the whole store ( and we took our time). I am not surprised that we were the only ones in the store either. This place will close eventually if they don’t change something soon. I’d much rather drive further for a more relaxing atmosphere and sales people who actually work. SMH"
