"I do not understand the difference between those who served US military or elsewhere, does that mean those that served elsewhere don’t count? I’ve also checked the Lacoste website via a quick google search and it does not specifically says only US military are eligible for the military discount. It was Vanessa at checkout and I don’t appreciate her tone or attitude during a small purchase this time. I won’t be patronizing this store again, and I understand why there’s multiple bad reviews for this store. It’s simply a reflection of the (dis)service the staff provide to earnest paying customers."

"Lacoste website shows 7pm close time. Google shows 7pm close time. Why then have front door locked and not allow me and wife inside at 645pm. I opened exit door to inquire and asked about the 7pm close time. The girl at cashier replied "we close at 6:30pm." Well then, I suggest you please update your times but on google AND your actual website. I honestly doubt they will take this seriously as I scanned some other reviews and didn't see any responses from the company for any current reviews."

"Usually love this place, but visited the store on New Year's day....none of the sales people wanted to be there....They left the anti theft device attached to my purchases..and did not properly honor the discount offered."
