"I have no idea how the service went. I booked an appointment on Saturday at 1030 am. I waited until 1030 and no one arrived. I text the number that had originally set up my appointment time. The individual on the other line stated they do not open until 11am. I responded by saying, then why did you did you verify my appointment time at 1030 am? They responded back by saying oh sorry on my way, I had a flat tire. My question is which is it flat tire or you don't open until 11am? I informed them to not rush and I was going elsewhere.
