"The bagels are good, concern for customer comfort is not. This is the second time recently when the dining area is just flat out cold with all the doors propped open. It’s winter. People are eating. If your work area is warm, I’m sorry but making your customers suffer isn’t the answer."
"Employee in front was so bitter. A customer asked what coffee he recommended he said I have no idea as if he doesn’t work there! Was so friendly towards the young gals in front. Shouldn’t pick and choose whom you are polite to."
"I’m not the kid of person to leave reviews but after leaving this place this morning I will never in my life return or recommend this place to anymore ever. I walked in happy until a woman with glasses who had no emotions like she hated being there and hated her life tells me to hurry up and as a person Being there for the first time I was looking at the menu for not even 30 seconds. all the workers made me feel dumb because I didn’t know how the ordering works or that I can just grab the side of cream cheese on my own the bagels are amazing just such a shame people like that are the face of that place! I recommend my little muffin great energy and people and on top of that the food is amazing!!"
"They finally reopened! The best bagels in town. The staff is so friendly. I drive 25 minutes just for this amazing service, food, and atmosphere. Able talked to us and let us know when the drive through will open again. Come see them! I promise it's worth the wait, if there is one."
