"Always had surprise visits from the house owner as well as an in house inspection once a month— seemed a little excessive… not good as replying to emails or calling you back…. Was there for only 5 months and I thought we cleaned pretty well and left the place close to as when we got it, but out of a $1,600 deposit we only got around $350 back not to mention the multiple requests we put in to get things fixed and no one would ever come and take care of it. Got free snow removal in the winter which is the only good thing I can think of"

"Best property management company in town. I have had terrible luck with the other companies in Grand Forks and the folks at Elite are amazing people. Every one I have been in contact with has been so genuinely kind and thoughtful. They are real people not trying to rip you off and make sure you are actually taken care of by often going the extra mile for their renters. You can tell that they really care! I appreciate them and would rent through them again if I were to live in the Grand Forks area in the future."

"A garage door opener does not cost $152 to replace. You can find the same ones online for $30. Asked them many times over the course of several months to fix our water heater that made a ton of noise at night and our washer and dryer that leaked all over the floor. They never fixed any of it. Owner would drive by our house and look in the windows once a week. We had monthly inspections inside the house as well. It's a serious invasion of privacy. Owner of the house came and yelled at my roommate in the middle of the street and made her cry. When is that ever ok? Go with Oxford. They're a much much better property management company. If I could give 0 stars, I would."

"They have always been kind to us and understanding, they are quick to come in and fix any problems we have and are very professional. This is the 2nd time we have rented with Elite and we are still very satisfied, we would definitely recommend them to our friends! "Have had my house listed for rent with Elite Property Management for about 5 months now, and hadn't had any applicants. Had to keep emailing or calling the company for updates. Asked company if I needed to hire my own contractor for little projects that I wanted updated or if they had someone who could get me a quote to fix and after a few months of not hearing back was told to contact maintenence guy to see if projects were examined for quote. The company doesn't seem to have a good marketing strategy. After 5 months of not hearing anyone applying for house, my wife created an ad on Facebook market place and within 4 hours we had 7 people interested. I'm not sure if it is laziness, lack of commitment, or lack of marketing skills. But so far I haven't been impressed with this companies ability to rent out my home. So far it seems like I hired them to have me do all the work."
