"I stay at my girlfriend's apartment a few times a week at "the twenties" and am extremely disappointed with maintenance and pest control. I always have to fix things for her because maintenance will either never show up to fix it or they will do a simple patch and whatever is broken will break again a few days later. When pest control comes around she is supposed to put a note on the sink telling them where she sees bugs. No surprise, they never spray. I am also disturbed by what I believe is mice scratching/running in the walls of her building or apartment every now and then."
