"Beware!!! They charged my son a $300 cleaning fee and a $90 carpet cleaning fee when he left after only 1.5 years. I was there when he moved in and moved out and the apartment he had was much cleaner the day he moved out then the day he moved in! We spent hours cleaning to avoid this issue, yet they still stole half of his security deposit on cleaning charges that I'm willing to bet never even took place!"

"The lady on the other end of the phone was extremely rude. As me and my roommate were coming up with a viewing date she yelled "hello." I kindly repsonded with "yes we are coming up wtih a date really quick." And than she hung up. Definitely won't be renting from here."

"I can’t say enough positive things about Carrington Court. I lived here for 6 years & would not have left if my career didn’t force me to. The Landlord sincerely cares about every individual who rents. In fact she said “congratulations on graduating” when I gave the notice I was leaving. The Maintenance workers are extremely professional and quick to help. Most importantly, they respect your privacy, unlike a prior landlord who I will not name. I HIGHLY recommend renting here."

"We lived here for 6 years and had such a hard time leaving, we have nothing but good things to say about the place. They are very respectful and don’t bother you much like some places, quick to help if something goes wrong, everyone living there we met was very friendly, the apartments were very nice looking, close to 32nd and Columbia so everything you need is just a 5 min drive, we also loved the walking path that was right behind it as well! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the grand forks area!"
