"Okay building, great privacy with your personal bathroom and closet. Poor snow removal and trash disposal. Front desk service and communication could be better but it’s functional and some of the employees are nice and helpful."
"Lived here for almost 2 years, good place to live! You get your own room and bathroom and big closet which is so nice! Management is great. Only downside is outdoor stairs and the parking lots are usually bad in the winter. Good place for college students for sure!"
"The Verge is a great place to live for the cost of rent. The only downside is that the stairs and entry are outdoors. Maintenance staff are also very good and address problems quickly!"
"My daughter toured last November looking at living there the following school year. She liked the tour and filled out on a tablet the application from their website and that if she was going to go ahead, she would then pay the deposit and sign a lease. She decided to become an RA on campus so she wasn't going to live at the Verge. Summer of 2023 she was contacted by someone asking to pay the deposit and she said she wasn't going to live there so she wouldn't be paying the deposit. This person then started telling her she had to pay the deposit and she repeated that she won't be paying a deposit as she wasn't moving in. Didn't hear anything after that and thought it was resolved. We were wrong. Now she's been contacted by a collection agency that says she broke her lease (which she never signed) and that she owes about $5500 for rent from 8/1/23 to 7/31/24! Avoid this place!"
"Good place to live! Nice location, close to UND which is nice for a college students. Staff is very helpful in regards to lease issues or other problems that may arise"
