"I recently moved to the area and all of the staff have been extremely accommodating and welcoming to me and my two dogs! Everyone is so kind and my dogs are excited every time they get in the car to go, they also come home exhausted! The team gives updates on how the dogs played at the end of the day and it makes me feel so much better about leaving them for boarding or long daycare stays! "I’m not delusional, and I know my dogs are not angels. Both of my dogs are rescues with anxiety issues that cause both of them to be a bit of a handful. RLD has been absolutely incredible in working with me to find a program that has helped my dogs build confidence (and helped me maintain my sanity). Staff never make me feel bad about leaving my little problem children with them for the day (I still do feel guilty sometimes, especially when the younger one poops in the lobby on his way in, but it’s not coming from staff at all). Tip your doggy daycare attendants, y’all! They ding dang deserve it."

"I am a self proclaimed helicopter dog mom and I have been sending my dog, Finn, to RLD for over a year now. After 1 bad experience at another daycare - RLD was highly recommended to me by a friend at the dog park. I got Finn in for a trial day and I felt significantly better about leaving him for his first time. He had some anxiety the first few times I dropped him off and the staff recommended trying shorter days and working his way up to where he now is capable of being there for a full day. He is ALWAYS so happy to go inside which makes me happy and he is always greeted by name and with excitement! I have always felt confident that I am going to see my dog safe and happy at the end of the day which is what I care most about. I have nothing but good things to say about every interaction I've had. Allan and Lisa are the two I interact with the most and they always tell me about what he gets up to throughout the day and usually have some little nugget of info that they noticed about him that day. "I worked here for about 3 years. Started as a dog handler and worked my way up to management. Life took me away from the cities otherwise I'd still be working here. Nothing but good things to say. I have 13 years professional experience in this industry working in 6 different daycare facilities across 3 states. This place does it right. There's no such thing as a daycare without risk, but ruff love is the safest environment for dogs I've worked in. There's a negative review talking about this place being a poor working environment, and that could only be because of the level of supervision they expect from the staff. Give RLD a shot."

"We’re still new to this place but are already big fans! After feeling that out previous daycare was getting a little too crowded, we checked out RLD on the suggestion of, well, just about everyone in Northeast. The entry was immediately calm and inviting for our new dog assessment, and when we came back for the first time Garbanzo was already ready to walk in without a staffer like he owned the place! Would love to see more photos posted on social media, but the proof of the pudding is in the snoozing when we get home."
