"I stopped going to this branch when the bank employed a group of hispanic speaking that don't respect your privacy and constantly ask about your personal life when you withdrawing money, or say loud how much money you got in the bank, and this really made uncomfortable and unsafe."

"This is the worst experience I've ever had at a bank. One Tower work in the drive-thru. Waited 15 minutes plus, when inside the bank two tellers were not doing anything, mention it to the teller, suggested that they help him, And then they said they can't. It's March 15th 3:17 PM.. Wells Fargo you should look at your cameras. And choose which employees you can lay off for incompetence"

"Im not one to leave bad reviews but I tried to cash a check here twice and for whatever reason they need 2 forms of I.D for people without an account. Very annoying. Will never go here again, I'll just cash my check at Walmart. Not the employees fault. I don't know why Wells Fargo has such a stupid policy."

"Went in a little before close to close an account. Unfortunately, all the bankers were "done for the day", and I had to make an appointment because closing an account "takes quite a while". As the employee I was talking to "was just a teller, and couldn't help me make the appointment". FYI, "bankers hours" means the bankers close before the posted hours here."
