"I've been banking with Think for my entire life and they have been nothing but incredible! The last few years I've been working exclusively with Apple Valley group and their staff is always extremely professional and helpful. The biggest reason I like Think is that they are a smaller bank and don't have all the ridiculous stipulations that larger Banks do. Things like fees, limited number of accounts, and spending minimums or account balance minimums in order to keep accounts open are all things that drive me nuts with bigger Bank. Think bank doesn't have any of those things."

"I've banked here for YEARS. I have never had a problem. Customer service is always top notch. As for the comments below regarding fees, you must have done something incorrectly or are at fault. I have never once been charged a fee for anything. Also I participate in the overdraft protection and the one or two times I accidentally overdrafted they "covered" it for a day or two until I could make a deposit. No fees. No taking from savings. Nothing. Its the most painless banking I have ever experienced. I would however like to suggest bringing back atm deposits!!"
