"If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I were applying for a construction loan and had the application submitted Thursday evening April 22. We thought the experience would be awesome because I received an email from the mortgage broker immediately that evening and they called me immediately the next day for information. We had everything worked up and simply needed to E-sign documents using their program to get everything in motion. My authentication code was confused by the mortgage broker who mixed up 2 numbers of my last four digits of my social security number which was to be code to use. The program ended up not authenticating me so I couldn't sign any documents. I contacted the mortgage broker numerous times -- we simply retried the same thing over and over again. It was never the broker reaching out to me -- it was just me calling and emailing each day. Then I started hearing less and less from the mortgage broker. I would need to inquire everyday in order to know what was going on. There was zero communication with me on what was being done to solve the matter. I waited a few days and emailed again with my frustrations because at this point we were almost 2 weeks out from needing to E-sign from when the documents were uploaded and the problem still wasn't fixed. There was no apologies. The broker simply stated "I will reset your code when I am no longer locked out of my account". I don't understand why this wasn't done sooner if it was allowed. I asked how long it would take. They said not long. This was Monday -- it is now Friday and I haven't heard from the mortgage broker since. Poor communication, they don't care about your situation...you are just another number. Now I have a credit inquiry on my credit score and nothing to show about it. Not to mention the time we have waited has pushed us back close to 3 weeks at this point for a 4 digit code I didn't even mess up. Save yourself the headache."
