"I’ve been seeing Dr Cremonini for several years now. Before that Dr Fajardo was my doctor for 10 years before that. I’ve been coming to the office for years now. I’ve always felt the medical care has been top notch with the office staff being very friendly and helpful. The reason for my rating is for one thing! They do not do in person office appointments anymore. I don’t like telephone appointments. With the doctors accent, sometimes it’s hard to understand him. I like to be able to look my doctor in the eyes when I’m talking to him. This bothers me so much that I’m seriously considering seeing another doctor when it comes time for my procedures again."
