"I'll be honest, when I first was seen by Jason, I didn't really feel a dr/patient relationship. He seemed stand offish cold and I was just another number another patient yea yea yea ok next. But it didnt take long before I started to feel that Jason did think of me as a human as a patient and he kinda warmed up. NOW, that I feel like he's warmed up and NOW, I feel comfortable, I find out he's leaving this practice. I wish him well going forward. I would refer Jason to family and friends. Good Luck Jason"

"Although I’ve been happy with this practice overall, I felt like my most recent appt. was a waste of my time. I don’t think he even knew why I was there. Even after taking time to read through my chart he didn’t have even a basic understanding of what had transpired during my care there. Then just kind of rambled. He had to ask ME if they had given me an injection (they had). That’s why I thought I was there… as a follow-up. As I left he said he would see me in 4 weeks & my response was , “Why?” There was nothing accomplished in this appt. & I doubt there is any reason to come back."

"Dr. Lanzkowski was very nice and took the time to listen to my issues. This was my 1st appointment with him and I feel comfortable with his care. As for his office staff, they were not the most pleasant. Maybe they were having a bad day, so I won't prejudge them yet. Overall, my 1st appt with Dr. Lanzkowski was good. (We'll see if things change, as I start to see him more....)"

"When you have an appointment and you arrive on time, most places you have to wait way past your appointment time, not this place, longest wait pay your appointment, maybe.. 10min,"maybe"!, "at the most", most times not, even after they put you in a room your not waiting long at all, the worse thing is they take you to a room a few minutesafter you arrive and you wait 20min or more for the doctor, not here! Your time is respected. I know when I arrive I will have very little wait, they try extremely hard to get in n out at timely matter and very concerned about you as human being. Love this doctor ❤."
