"NV pain mgmt saves money by using a cheap surgical center...they use needles with nickel in them, undisclosed information that can lead to infections in people with nickel allergies. Should you happen to get an infection from them, they are clever enough to tell you that it's not possible, even though it's one of the single most common issues related to RFA procedures. I highly recommend seeing doctors that deny the possibility of issues, because that is an indication of their god like abilities. Dr. Karno, for example, told me it was impossible to get an infection from RFA and refused to see me. I ended up in urgent care, where lesser doctors were ignorant enough to prescribe me antibiotics for what must have been a fake complication, even though the skin around the surgical site was hot, red, and swollen. Highly recommend doctors that don't believe in common medical conditions and surgical centers that use cheap equipment. What could go wrong?"

"I called twice today.. I waited 5 to 10 minutes for them to answer and finally, I got hang- up on, twice! What kind of service you’re running over there? If anybody can tell me? You don’t have enough people please hire more people to answer the phone!"

"I was going for pain medication and have not been there for a while, so I called and told the woman I needed to see dr for refill, made an appointment, I show up, after filling out a 10 pages of paperwork and giving them a urine sample th NP tells me they don't do medication refills only injections. I asked her why didn't they say that on the phone when I called she said, "they don't know. " so they just make the appointment to bill medicaid for the office visit and the urinalysis."

"Brought my 80 year old grandma in for her appointment. She had the phone number and address written down that she confirmed with the assistant. On arrival she was told her new patient appointment was actually at a different location and they can't schedule a new appointment at the location we were originally told due to her being a new patient and it takes 2 weeks. She hadn't even filled out any paperwork but they couldn't reschedule her for the convenient location. She has to carry oxygen with multiple health conditions. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Was left waiting a few minutes and then was told "she's a little busy." This pain management center primarily works with personal injury clients so they don't really take other patients seriously because most of their money comes from personal injury settlements. Alain Coppel does most of the "future recommendation" referrals for the personal injury scam of Las Vegas. Wouldn't recommend for serious patients. SCAM."
