"They will cancel your shot appointment multiple times even when you are supposed to be on a specific shot schedule. The person doing the scheduling could care less about your treatment or that you have a work schedule outside of trying to schedule Dr appointments"
"I'm vaccinated but my co-worker isn't and tested positive on Sunday. Last worked with her on Friday. I'm fine but called to see if I was OK to come in for my allergy shot. Not only did the person who answered not identify herself by name but she was extremely rude during the phone call. Been saying it for months now - some of your staff need to go through training again and be monitored for changes or fired!!! This is completely unacceptable."
