"I was here with a family member, and while the visit/staff were great overall, what made it terrible was one particular MA named Ve. The way she spoke to not just my family, but even to other staff, came off as extremely condescending. She acted as though she couldn't care less about us, and she seemed so sassy. On top of that, I overheard her complaining about other staff members while we were waiting to see our provider. I hope her coworkers are able to see this! Also, If she's your MA, expect subpar care."

"I absolutely adore this clinic. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. They make sure you are always taken care of and leave with no questions or concerns. They welcome everyone with a good morning/afternoon as well as wishing them well when they leave. Very clean and well kept place. 10/10 recommend"

"I used to go to this place before I started receiving my VA health benefits, I was so glad to get out of there, it was pure hell having to go there, make appointments, talk to anyone who worked in any kind of customer service, rude, unprofessional, discourteous staff, and they don't have doctors, they have nurse practitioners, and they do a lousy job of trying to diagnose anything, I've been to doctors offices that were slow, not the best service, etc, but this place makes the bad offices I went to look like a caribbean vacation, this place is below terrible, I'm definitely extremely glad I can go to the VA hospital, clinic, now instead of having to go to this place, it's terrible, and I don't think they really care either, all I see is bad reviews about them, that should tell you something."

"I advice NOT to go to this practice. I fell on Friday evening August 9th and broke my wrist, which I did not know at that time. On August 10th I went to the Eastern location and I was seen by a doctor Andrews Elena MD, who DID NOT see a fracture of the bone on the X-ray! On Tuesday August 13th I was called and asked to return to the office that is when they told me that I had a fracture and that over so many days I did not even know about. So the question is how is it even possible that such poor knowledge people like Elena Andrews are being hired! But of course they like to send bills to pay! But what for?"

"OMG!! Their phone service SUCKS. Called yesterday and automated voice gives you options to hold, have them call you back, or leave a message (and call be returned within 24-48hrs). Oh and you have to select a numbered key for each specific prompt., No matter what number you press; stupid voicemail just keeps repeating itself. Yesterday I go into office since I could not get through; to have the nurse practioner send in blood pressure prescription for my 88 yr old mother. She was seen in august and nurse practioner who examined her Senior Wellness exam. He also said he would send in refills on all prescriptions. Since then I've had no issues with her refills until recently. Supposedly she needs to see her primary because it’s been a year. Doesn’t make sense when a nurse PR actioner and prescribe medicine (August 2018) and did her exam. Anyway lady at front desk said she would relay info to her new primary and nurse practioner and some would call me in the morning. It’s 12:33 pm now. No call back! So now I have to make an appt with her primary just to get a refill. This is terrible customer service."
