"The worst place I’ve ever been to. Took them 8 weeks to process the referral. Every time I call they just keep saying that they will escalate the case for me After the first 3 weeks, I switched to another PCP, see the doctor, got a referral within 2-3 days, already saw specialist. And this place still hasn’t processed the referral letter 8 weeks have passed, today I got a message from them that my Referral is ready lol took them 8 weeks just to do a common document SMH"

"You can't get in touch with an actual person. I was referred to a specialist, they told me it would be 3 weeks before someone contacted me. I've been calling endlessly to see what the holdup is, as now it has been 7 weeks. no return call at all"

"Doctor Pandora, is amazing!! She truly has compassion, for the community. I would recommend my friends & family to go to her. JUST NOT THE ONE ON NELLIS I ALSO give her5⭐ & Jason whom I think is the office manager, I'd give him 5⭐'s too. Janet at the front desk is always professional. But once they call your name. And you get a room you will have a wait. You are there for quite some time!! I waitedv2.5hrs in the room. The young lady name Josalyn who took my vitals seemed preoccupied. She took my blood pressure. She didn't communicate what my #'s were. I had to ask her for them. I THEN ask her, if she was going too check my heart rate.She said, oh, yeah. Let me check to see if I have one. She had one. She checked my heart rate But I still had to asked her what my #'s to my heartrate was!?! She-meaning Josalyn, didn't even know if she had the heart rate monitor don't they do an inventory on what they have in there containers before their shift start. I give her a half ⭐ I would not recommend this Nellis DO NOT GO!!"

"Waits are long, very typical. Was put in a room and forgot about. They were very apologetic, however, I will not be going back. One last thing, the bathroom was disgusting. The office needs to keep up on it and the patients need to learn how clean up after themselves."
