"Run, don't walk away from this pill pusher. On my FIRST appt., front office told me to wake him up if he's sleeping. He was dressed in a short pants Boy Scout uniform!!! I ask you "who's the patient?" He's whacked!!! Kept calling me by another patient's name. Tried to correct him and he yelled "that's NOT your name.!" Never went back. Dr. Needs a Dr."

"I have been seeing Dr Horne for many years. I have read reviews on here regarding Dr.Horne as not being a good doctor and every one has their own opinions. For me I couldn't imagine seeing another Doctor he has helped me through some extremely rough times and I thank GOD for him. I have recommended him to numerous people."

"TERRIBLE doctor. So many horrible experiences with this guy. I highly advise that nobody see this guy, he is very shady, tries to keep MY prescription drugs and lies to me and my family. What hes doing is very illegal. Hes already had so many lawsuits against him, and i chose to ignore that. Big mistake. All he wants is your money and/or to get his hands on your prescriptions, he does not care about his patients well-being like a normal doctor would. You don't have to take my word for it, but please do your research and take this into consideration. This fraud should lose all accolades and degrees he has."
