Triage staff doesn't do a good job of explaining procedures or why things are done the way they are. Another client had been sitting here for an excessive period of time due to the level of disorganization up front. This place needs an overhaul."

I don't have a problem waiting because I know they are giving everyone the time they should to go over things properly. I always have a set of questions and I've never had them rush me through my appointment. This office actually has you talk to the assistant while waiting for doctor. So I feel like I get to double ck everything every time I have an apt. It's hard to find a doctor that honestly does this. The people complaining need to realize appointments take time."
