People are SO RUDE n disrespectful As soon we show the papers for our test the font lady was so upset n using bad words ... n say nothing to us... but just in a mood getting mad ..... It's not OUR PROBLEM that our employees doesn't send her a EMAIL .... I just did what my employer told me... take the paper... filled up and show up... Even the guy inside was in a mood n come out to say that we can go out of the office ... I understand if you talk to me but don't be disrespectful with people.... be NICE n do your JOB kindly.... It's no our fault"

"Wow just wow I’m actually upset my employer even paid this place for me to take a drug test here ! Showed up in the parking lot and found the front office lady is outside smoking a black and mild not even attending the office . There were 3 of us that needed to take a urine test for a job site , so we handed her our paper work when she finally came back in. We filled out our registration formsand turned them back in with our IDs .Sat in the front office for about 25 mins (being the only ones there )until we asked hey are you guys busy what’s going on ? She replies with oh the collector isn’t here to take samples . As we were about to leave and come back later she says we can’t leave or we are refusing to take our tests ! Long story short we were there for an hr and half waiting for the “collector” to show up and administer our drug test. 2.5 hrs for this procedure to take place . Scam likely should be accompanied with their phone number !"

"Had a test done by this medical center and the customer service was top notch no touching your brain with that q-tip thank goodness they make you feel so very at home as much as can be with having tests done I would recommend them any day and I will be as much as possible"

"Our hotel recommended this venue for covid testing (as required for entry back to our country - Canada). To my group's surprise, we received our test results in time for our flight; however, the stressful experience we encountered upon payment for our testing was not worth the result, nor the stress that stayed with us during the remainder of our vacation bc of the way we were treated and the incorrect information we were pressured into accepting. Anywhere else would have been a far better choice. Do not go there."
