"Scheduling is ridiculous. They don't communicate what they need, never bother to answer, yet won't schedule without all of it. Need to constantly follow up, they say their review takes a few days. A month later, still no answers. Truly one of the worst places to deal with in an already terrible healthcare system in this country."

"Unlike Comprehensive Cancer Center, Tenaya Oncology is very organized and professional. They know what they are doing. Called to schedule an appointment but didn't get a call back until a few days later, which was still okay in my books. With CCCN, they never got back to me until I left a review.. which was surprising considering how professional they made themselves seem. Anyways, this review is about Tenaya Oncology since they were very responsive and were able to request all the medical records themselves and didn't let me or my mom worry about anything. The front staff are very professional and check in with their patients making sure they are okay and understand the next steps for their care. Bloodwork was amazing too as they were able to draw blood from my mom who doesn't really have visible veins. The doctors were very helpful in explaining the cancer to my mom and I. I can tell they value their patients and want them to fight their cancer."

"Why in the world would you make Dr. Gilroy the head of your liver team when he is a severe alcoholic?! This should be looked into!"

"Unable to obtain an appointment for 3 weeks due to computor malfunction. Did we not practice medicine before computors. Also, assigned provider doesn't seem to exist."

"Front desk staff are friendly and helpful the aids in back are pretty through with the triage all questions I asked if they didn't know the answer they would go find it or another person that could Dr Zhou my oncologist is wonderful and know his work good I give them all a thumbs up"
