"They tell you a time for the appointment and then they don't want to accept you because they wanted you 30 minutes before. I recommend not making appointments at 3:15 pm if they want the patient at 2:45 pm, just say 2:45 and that's it. They don't even offer you an appointment for another day, the service is very poor."
