"Go in for a standard check up... Leave with Covid!!!! The waiting room is the size of a jail cell with 3-4 seats. You'll get to enjoy not being able to socially distance at all from people who are hacking and wheezing into the open air. If you step out front to wait you'll notice that there is no seating outside to compensate for their ALWAYS full waiting room. If you stuck around long enough to get called back the first thing you'll notice is their back office is what took up the waiting room and that they have 10 empty rooms but are using the same 1 or 2 for every patient. The one I got smelled like an entire pack of cigarettes had been smoked in it. I also have back problems and a referral for an MRI, you'd think as my primary care physicians that they would order the MRI there seeing as there's one in building and save me another trip across town and appointment. The staff is also rude and unaccommodating from the receptionist up front to the Doctors and PA's."
"I've enjoyed every visit in all areas of this clinic. I love everyone I've encountered. Friendly, helpful, never waiting too long."
"I genuinely appreciate and love this place. As someone who is German, to come across this clinic that gives true care to their patients just like the NHS does—is amazing. I really lucked out getting this clinic on my first visit since leaving the UK in July last year. Radiology, Physical therapy, and especially my GP in the urgent care are unbelievably amazing. Love Dr. Dhanoa and her staff, she's so sweet and even pretty dang funny too. Couldn't recommend her enough. To the clinic, thank you for all the care. It's been so nice to be heard and seen. Now, my only complaint is Dr. Obi. He'll treat you but the moment you question HIS judgment, he is the type of doctor to let their ego get the best of them and act cold. Was incredibly unprofessional how he dismissed the trauma done to my spine then make me feel I was being kicked out cause I asked for a few days of pain relief."
"I'm a patient in urgent care/primary care and pain management. Staff is super helpful, plus they accept walk-ins! Dr. Dhanoa and Dr. Obi are amazing!"
"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON DR OBI I have a torn disc in my low back along with bulging discs as well as degenerative disc disease. I’ve been on my medications for pain a little short of 6 months. When I got to the office for my 1030 appointment I arrived at 10 am. I filled out the proper paperwork for a new patient. I was finally brought to a room by 1 pm and a nurse practitioner came in and had a short discussion with me to see what was going on. I explained the problems I have and medications I’ve been on and she excused herself to speak with the dr, a few moments later the dr along with 4-5 other staff members come into the room and I explain to the dr that I was not interested in the injections and that I was having a consultation for back surgery the following day. When I refused the injections the dr explained to me that he absolutely will not prescribe me my medication. Following this conversation I spoke with my lawyer and I was advised to get the information of the staff that was included in the conversation due to the fact that they were potential witnesses to him denying my medication strictly because I did not believe the injections were the correct fit for me. The injury occurred in 2018. I attempted to let myself heal before committing to the surgery. Now I’m at the stage where this dr that I spoke with is completely refusing my medicine which could force me to withdrawals which could be life threatening all because I didn’t agree with the injections he wanted to do. I left without any help with the pain and when I asked for the dr and staff information I pulled out my phone to record the conversation and the manager ran out of the room to call 911 not knowing that this is a single party consent state when it comes to recording. After realizing that the police were not on the way and that I was only threatened because she was unaware of my legal rights"
