While I understand the importance of adhering to policies, I was disheartened by the clinic's strict focus on the missed appointment fee rather than showing flexibility or understanding towards my situation. In times of crisis, compassion and empathy from a mental health provider are as crucial as the therapy itself. It's disappointing to realize that business practices overshadowed patient care in my case.
