"If I could give them zero stars for professionalism I would. Most horrible experience because of the staff"
"Actually not "too" bad. Much of the issue I have with this facility is with the company they are perhaps forced or have no choice to keep. I am presently writing a review even though an important surgery in progress of getting performed has not yet been done. I am uncomfortable with having made it clear that my choice to disclose personal information, which probably falls in the domain of "etc." is not to be shared regarding an appointment time was acquired in a cheap, sneaky manner by a staff member there. She called regarding an upcoming appointment with a separate network provider and wanted to know the time and date of that appointment. I am not convinced that information was necessary in its entirety. I can understand for billing purposes the information might be necessary regarding the date but the time of the appointment as well??? Not sure about that, but I am sure there's t leasy two individuals there that I strongly distrust. I would like something that would make me feel comfortable about having disclosed that information, but my fears tell me I would be hard to convince they were telling me the truth. See, their partner doing other required labs needed cannot legally disclose in writing information I requested to not be shared was obtained by calling me and asking me for the information I gave unwittingly. Bad karma brewing for those people. I detect a cheap, underhanded trick. I would like to find out I am wrong about this. Theirs' is the Las Vegas way or something. I would feel better if there was a better vibe here. The doctor seems pretty cool, some of the staff is alright, maybe four or five star worthy and possibly as uncomfortable with maybe a toxic work environment they're stuck in for all I know. For now, negative seven stars the way I feel about it right now. Don't set your expectations bar too high at the outset. It's bad enough I have trust issues as it is myself. More will be revealed. I hope to update with more positive things to say. Right now this is par for the Las Vegas course though so if you have been in this town awhile maybe you won't be surprised either."
"The people at the reception are incompetent, without a brain! They send bills to your house without first consulting your insurance company or sending the bill to your insurance company, I don't know how a place as trashy as that can exist!"
"Place is horrific. The wait time is beyond ridiculous. And I was just there for a referral. And to top it off was given the wrong address and luckily this place was next door to where I was sent. I also believe Dr. MARK is not competent to handle real problems. How did u get ur job is what I'd like to know?"
"I was here to see my endocrinologist Dr. Izuora. But unfortunately they assigned Dr. Ana Mrkaic due to his busy schedule. I was very disappointed with Dr. Mrkaic's services. As she walked into the room she asked me why I am here and a bunch of irrelevant questions. She also asked me to put my mask up multiple times which made me very uncomfortable. Even though I am on a thyroxine medication, since my sonogram diagnosis (according to the lab tech) did not look good, I decided to see the doc, but according to Dr. Mrkaic, everything looked normal which I don't agree. Additionally when I asked her if she could check my neck for unusual thyroid glands, she said it was the ENT's responsibility and not hers. she tried to touch my neck and then quickly washed her hands. Therefore, my whole experience with Dr. Mrkaic was unpleasant. She is an incompetent unempathetic so called "physician," and I would never go to her. I informed the clinic's supervisor, Nancy about it and I hope I could go back to my previous physician. UNLV should be ashamed of hiring such "physicians." Her licensure should be taken away for having bad bedside manners and incompetent clinical skills. I would never recommend her. Stay away from her!!"
