"My appointment was on the 17 of October my appt was at 9:50. The wait time was long, but when I was called the medical assistant as me to take a urine sample and write my name on the cup. That was wrong and unprofessional. Then I went back to the room and the Medical assistant never came back. 10 minutes later the Nurse practitioner arrived and stated everything looks good. Didn't take the time to explain the results nor go over the paperwork I filled out for the office. She continuously rushing me through this visit and continuously asking me to refer to the pamphlet. I continue to try to ask her to go over the paperwork and she continue to rush me to read the pamphlet and move on. I've never visit a medical office that I paid $200 for a 5 minute visit without the clarification of what the visit intel. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. Please do not ignore"

"A diagnosis of prostate cancer is not what any man wants to hear, but you can trust Dr. Debenham and his team to set you back on course to the best possible health. I've never encountered a more friendly, very caring, and competent physician. At our initial meeting, he took over two hours to address my personal situation, answer every question, and make me comfortable with my decision on treatment. His team of technicians like Atem, Rayna, Tracy, Jennifer and Mitch truly make you feel like family. Same for Estefanie and Kimberly up front at the reception. After nine weeks of pain-free treatment, my PSA dropped below one. Another nice touch is if your appointment is at 1PM, you're treated at 1PM! I don't think they ever kept me waiting more than five minutes, and were frequently even a few minutes early. And that's 45 treatments over nine weeks. Dr. Debenham sits down with you personally every Tuesday,, and even worked with me to get me back to work as an airline pilot as quickly as possible after treatment was complete. What a caring guy! "I had a appointment for June 9th 23 Las Vegas Urology called me and left a message the day before canceling the appointment when I got the message, I called them to clarify they said they canceled because they thought I wanted to be treated for something else I said no why would I come to a urologist for anything else? they said sorry the soonest we can get you back in would be July 13th. You made the mistake you must accommodate, that's ok going somewhere else!"
