"I've seen the doctor burley since Dr Loudyi have left the it seems like anymore that they don't answer the phone or return any calls when left a message or needing pre-authorization sent to your insurance they either answer the phone and quickly put you on hold and never get back to you or they say they're going to do the pre-authorization through your insurance very hard place to get ahold of"
"I had a referral for Dr Burley, I was able to schedule an appointment just fine but it would be at least two months until the appointment. Which would have been typical but to have the office call on the morning of my appointment to tell me that Dr. Burley & their office as a whole wouldn't see me due to my referral apparently being subspecialty(something that was never explained to me until the day of my appointment & I don't think is correct anyhow because I don't have a solid diagnosis.) Waiting until the day of my appointment to share this restriction and cancel on me was extremely unprofessional. I should have been told when they first recieved my referral months ago to explain why they couldn't see me. Instead I waited and didn't look for other doctors while suffering through a chronic condition, and now I have to start the entire process again. Even if my rheumatological condition happened to not be their specialty- I should have at the very least still been seen. They could have seen me and referred me to someone else if they didn't feel qualified for my treatment."
