"I would highly recommend this office if you'd like to get the wrong prescription administered to you and pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for it, only to not be reimbursed or contacted by anyone or offered a solution, and have to pay for the correct prescription on top of that. They were a couple bad symptoms away from having this situation be considered malpractice. After more calls than I can count asking to speak with the store manager, she refuses to reach out to me, communicate, and attempt to solve the issue. She has time to go back and forth via email & messages with her staff, but won't directly handle the issue with the patient. Not once has she reached out to me given me any sort of an update on any situation that I have called about, even after requesting to speak with her over and over again. Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever come across. I was given a prescription that does absolutely nothing for the symptoms that I experience, and I've been taking the wrong prescription for over a week. The doctor admitted he sent in the wrong prescription, and even left a comment for the pharmacist owning up to the mistake, yet the store manager still attempts to blame the pharmacy. When your doctor makes a mistake and puts a patient on the incorrect medication and your patient pays hundreds out of pocket for it, you would think the right thing to do is apologize and reimburse your patient. Instead, you get 0 communication, an attempt to blame a pharmacy, no reimbursement, and you are shrugged off, left to call over and over again, getting absolutely nowhere. I was told by a front desk receptionist that the store manager expected me to reach out to the pharmacy and request a refund from them, as if they had been the ones who made a mistake. No accountability on their end whatsoever, and they clearly have no intention of making things right, but that seems to be a pattern with this location based on all of the other reviews. Save yourself the time and money and go literally anywhere else, somewhere that actually values their patients and their concerns."
"Horrible experience! I had appointment with doctor Jonathan Navar on March 13 at 10:45am at Fort Apache. On March 13 they call me at 8am to reschedule my appointment because doctor has emergency. I am understand that. Miss Ashley-front desk gave me a new day March 20 at 10:45am with Jonathan, Navar at Buffalo location. I came and BIG SURPRISE doctor Navar not even there, He is in the different location. I came there for nothing. So I drove to Fort Apache to see doctor and talk to manager Juliana, about squeezing me between appointments, just because it was ASHLEY fall, she messed up, and I need doctor notes for today. But they said NO doctor is full today. They said sorry we can reschedule you again. How funny is that play with people like that. Thank you miss Ashley and Juliana Jimenez for not resolving your mistake. I missed 2 days of job it’s about 600$ + on March 20th was Jury Duty."
"READ ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE - THEY ARE CONSISTENT AND NOT LYING TO YOU. 2 HOUR WAITS LOCKED IN A BACK ROOM, SO YOUR TRAPPED. My wife had an APPOINTMENT here for the Vietnamese doctor, waited 3 weeks while they were on vacation for the appointment. They put her in a room, made her pee in a cup.....and then WAIT AN HOUR AND A HALF....and STILL NO DOCTOR showed up. AND they REFUSED to give her any idea why or when. Basically the entire staff ignored her. She had to leave to pick up our son from daycare, and so left without seeing a doctor. THEY NEVER CALLED WITH RESULTS EITHER. THEN FRAUDULENTLY charged our insurance for services never rendered, and then sent us a bill for $22 on top of that. I paid it because it's not worth risking our credit, but I am also reporting them to the insurance company for fraudulent charges. If you like miserable and incompetent healthcare, this is the place for you."
"The WORST clinic I've ever went to in my life!!! Went there 3 times. First time waited for maybe an hour until I was finally seen by a practioner. I also took my blood works there before I left the office. Second time I went for my follow-up appointment to see my results and guess what?!!! I waited for about 2 hours and the Dr finally comes in the room and says he doesn't have my results. He said usually it takes about 7 days or less to get it back from CPL. It has been more than 7 days since the day I seen him for my results. I went to reschedule my next appointment but the front desk says they will call me back as soon as my results come in to reschedule. I thought okay that's fine so I know for sure my results are back. After a week I still didn't get a call back for an appointment for my results. I finally called and they said okay we got your results and I go in today 10/24, guess what???!!!!! NO RESULTS!! Long story short. They have no idea where my blood works went to...WOW!!! Dr Navar please get your staff checked and make sure the scheduling is done correctly and make sure there are follow-ups on everything you guys are doing with your patients. Remember I'm the patient and not the one that should be doing you guys job to call for my results or where my blood works went to!!!! By the way that was a star to get me in to write a review but that place definitely does not deserve a star at all!!!!!"
"I have had a great primary care for years, but as I am now on Medicaid, I had to find another doctor. I decided to try Procare Fort Apache as it's close to home, and I like knowing that it's an urgent care too. Dr. Navar is excellent! He is one of the kindest, most understanding doctors I have ever had. He takes his time and truly cares and listens to your needs. Now , understand going in that because he does care and takes time with each patient, you are going to wait, sometimes a long wait, whether you have an appointment or not. He sees a lot of patients daily(remember it's also an urgent care), so come with that expectation already, and practice your patience.Covid has made the amount of available doctors and support staff very difficult, especially if you are good at what you do. Even the front office staff is stretched very thin. Ondrea, is phenomenal! For those that say she doesn't answer the phone, or is short, or rude, need to re-evaluate their comments. As you are sitting "for so long" waiting, watch how many things she is handling at one time, and think about If you could actually do everything she does, as well as she does it. If she doesn't answer the phone right away, it's not because she doesn't want to. She is dealing with a patient, she has to check in, answer the phone, make appointments, answer questions both on phone and in person, check on results and referrals, etc, etc, and quite frankly she does a phenomenal job. She is not rude, she is just managing multiple things at once, and doesn't have time to sugar coat everything, but if you need to speak with her, she is professional, and very patient and will do her best to take care of your needs. We all need to realize that every business has staffing issues right now, and we all need to practice our patience and respect. We can also be proactive ourselves. If I haven't received an answer, or a referral or something that I need, I either call, or I go in and ask about it, and granted, sometimes things didn't get done, but by going in and communicating, I am able to get the help I need promptly, but I also speak to them with care and compassion. No one there is actively trying to drop the ball, or miss anything, but unfortunately, it happens. I just hope people have the same grace for me, as I have for them. Overall, this is a great place, with great staff, and kind, caring doctors. Bring your patience, and they will bring you the care you deserve."
