"My husband and I have been patients of Dr Hugh Burt for close to 20 years. In the fall of 2021, he moved his practice to golden victory medical-which was a huge mistake in my opinion. Shortly after seeing him there, I called because Art, the MA hadn’t sent over my records for a procedure. I have always dealt with Art, who answers the phone, and not only is he downright rude and unprofessional, he often violates HIPAA. I had to drive 30 miles round trip to pick up my records for the procedure because Art is unable to properly do his job. While I was in the waiting room, I could hear Art in the back talking negatively about me and making disparaging remarks about me. There were 5-6 other patients in the waiting room and they heard as well. I walked to the back and confronted Art and then spoke with Dr Burt. Again, I had to call because Art is incompetent and he told me I was “dismissed” from the practice."
