"The first time going to The Vision Center. Everyone was very friendly with my needs. Dr. was explaining what my options are with cataract surgery if I choose or new glasses for now. I felt very comfortable talking with her about my situation."

"I hate leaving negative reviews but here i am and honestly not mad at this point anymore. Just disappointed, went in before Thanksgiving i was told they were gonna give us reference to see an ophthalmologist. Info was to be given to me the next day since they were having tech issues the day we were in, i even offered to just make the phone call myself so they dont have to. Next day roll, i called and they said they are still having computer issues and that they will send the info soon as its up, but got nothing that day. The following week i even waited couple days and called them on a Wednesday instead to ask for the same info, again i was told it would be delivered within an hour they will just make sure that all the notes and medical terms we're correctly written, I said ok fine. To this date i still have yet to receive anything. Honestly i could have walked into their office to ask for the info but at this point why bother? Why do i have to keep chasing your office or hunt for information? You took our money you were supposed to deliver and didn't. If we get anymore bill from your office best believe that we will not be spending any more dime in this office. So i would avoid this place if you can, but if you are already an established patient and like them, good for you."

"I can't say enough about how well the staff took care of my needs!!! Professional, courteous and caring. I cannot remember when a pair of glasses looked so good and my vision now is the best!! Thanks, Robert..."
