"I don't actually think they want to keep patients. This is consistent with mental health care in Nevada. Just go to California. I'm still working with them bc I have the emotional stamina to advocate for my own treatment but if you're vulnerable and looking for help, lol, idk man. Give them a chance but don't let them steer you. Bring level headed support to back you up in case steering is attempted. But Dr. Pham is nice, at least!"

It ended with me threatening to call the police for harassment if she did not stop calling my phone to explain my insurance."

"This place sucks! Their doctors will NOT help you! We had an appointment set for my daughter for almost a week and 2 days before her appointment, they canceled my appointment and recommended other doctors to see my daughter. They said that they did NOT have the expertise to see an 11 year old girl with suicidal thoughts. If you are having issues with your child I recommend another place!"

"The whole place Healthy Minds should be shut down. Place is a joke, they canceled my appointment stating that the doctor refused to see my daughter who was having suicidal and homicidal ideations because she did not want to get involved. Her exact words were "some of your needs are not within her area of expertise". I recommend a better place and better doctors such as Harmony healthcare, or HBI Human Behavioral Institute. I have the email to prove it!"
