"Very disappointed with them, my mother has been trying to get ahold of them at both locations for 2 weeks to get her prescription refilled and they do not answer the phone and do not call her back. Even her pharmacy has been trying to reach them on multiple occasions with no luck. This is a constant issue with this practice, it’s incredibly difficult to make an appointment or talk to anyone at the front desk. We will be changing changing doctors."

"First off Doctor Maria is a blessing, but her front staff are beyond low and unprofessional. When you call to make an appointment good luck getting someone. Your on hold gor over 20 to 30 minutes and then forced to leave a voicemail or call back and try again. Then when you do get someone on the phone it's like the rep doesn't listen or understand what your telling her. They need a new rep badly! Like I said Doctor Maria is legit a great Doctor, but her front staff pathetic!"

"Came to do my yearly check up with my wife. We both have the same Health insurance and they messed up and send my lab work to be non-preventative instead of it being preventive. So now I got a bill of $760 from Lab Corp. My wife did not get a bill because the same person who wrote her lab work paper from The Machuca Medicine office at Jones does not know what they are doing. I called the office multiple times and the hold time is over 25 minutes and when they pick up they put again back on hold. They hang up the phone on you. The staff here is terrible and unprofessional. Now I have to be calling and showing up to see if they fixed their mistake. I do not recommend this place to no one."
