"After having bilateral knee replacement (yes, on both knees at the same time) I was stiff, achy and in a lot of pain. I started physical therapy right away (the day after surgery) and on the third day I went to dignity rehabilitation center for 2 weeks (they were amazing!) During my 2 weeks at the rehab center I had the pleasure meeting several amazing therapists who helped aide in my recovery, one being Adam. I was pleasantly surprised to see Adam, a kind and familiar face after leaving the rehab center and starting outpatient Physical Therapy at Dignity Health Physical Therapy. He knew me and my condition and started me right away on my therapy routine. I appreciate his gentleness and encouragement as I push through each session. It's conveniently located 1 mile from my house. It's a small facility but has plenty of equipment needed to assist in recovery. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
