"It has been a long time since I have been in attendance here, however with that being said, the duration of which I was active in their system was the most confident feeling time I've ever experienced. I had Miss Brendeen as a therapist, and I absolutely loved her! It really sucked when my insurance fell through and I couldn't afford to keep up with my visits. They really were helping my mental stability and self worth. I do plan on coming back, very soon, and can only hope for the same comforted experience that I was given before. Hopefully Brendeen is still around and has an open slot in her schedule as well."

"I'm only giving 3 stars thanks to my current therapist now, or it would be a lot smaller rating. I've been coming to this place off and on for a few years but Finally got to see the the hypnotherapist (who also owns the clinic), long story short I told her I was sorry if I have to reschedule sometimes because my transportation is limited. She told me it doesn't bother her, that she's here for me that it's the scheduling people that get upset. Well I tried to reschedule because I don't have the transportation And the scheduling people said i can't be rescheduled because she put a note on there saying not to. So now what am I to do? I don't want to see a therapist that lies to me and practically "ghosts me". I thought she was good and wanted to continue seeing her, but now I don't anyway if she just gonna lie to me. My mental health is terrible, thats why I go there in the first place , but yet again, my mental health suffers. At lease my regular therapist there is kind."

"I had my first scheduled appointment for my son today 5/16 at 1pm. I had to pick my son up from school early and take an early and extended lunch break to go to this appointment. I get there and sign in at 1:08, just a lil behind schedule because it took awhile to sign my son out of school. We sat in the lobby for 20 minutes before anyone noticed or acknowledged we were there and the only reason they knew we were there was because another lady came out of her questionnaire appt and needed to schedule her next visit. The lady at the desk asks her to wait and calls me up to tell me because I was more than 15 mins late she has to reschedule. I told her I was not late and I signed in at 1:08. It was now 1:35 and we sat there for over 20 mins. She was literally holding the sticker with my sons name appointment time and sign in time on it. I was upset and argued that I wasn’t late and no one acknowledged us being there. Long story short. I wasted my time and gas which is not cheap, to drive across town for no reason. I lost time at work and my son lost time at school. This is very concerning to me as well because I don’t know of any other places that will see my son because of his age. Based on this visit and the lack of empathy or accountability though, I will never go back. Its only a sign that things will always be bad here."

"Don't let the negative reviews determine your thoughts about this place. I'm giving them five stars due to the staff and facility. Their practicum student, Sante is AMAZING. Although it took us an hour to do the paperwork and evaluation, they really get into detail to fit you with the best therapist. He will be graduating to become a therapist in August of 2022 and I cannot wait to have my daughter be under his care! I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment in on Wednesday. We're looking forward to the services here!"

"The front desk staff was very nice and helpful! The first intake staff was extremely upbeat and positive with an inviting personality. After the first intake person i met with Tracey another intake Social Worker who as well was very kind and supportive. Next I will see the doctor for medication management and it will be 2 months before i can get in to see the doctor that I really need to see! That is quite frustrating especially when no one will take responsibility for my medications when I need them!"
