"Doctor is great. Front desk staff is not. They are allergic to answering the phones. This weekend i had severe bleeding complications due to my surgery and i tried to call to schedule an emergency appointment but they refuse to pick up their phones. So i had to drive across town just for them to tell me theres nothing they could do. Please consider hiring an entire new front desk team."

Alyssa at the front was incredible getting us in within hours of calling and Dr. Phillip Say was great and found the issue and resolved the bleeding. Every staff member wonderful. "Love Dr.Kung, he performed surgery on my 3yr old and it went great. I was well informed about what to expect and the recovery. However, no one answers the phones at least from scheduling. I’ve left messages and they will text which isn’t an actual person. I’ve tried calling as soon as they open but I think all scheduling calls go straight to voicemail. The overall office is clean and they are friendly. It’s just the scheduling issues and getting someone on the phone."

"I take my children here and they have changed a lot. The doctors are good but the receptionists have a very rude attitude... when you ask them, the resume is not there and then they charge you. That didn't happen before and they were much friendlier when you ask to speak to the manager, the situation is worse because she doesn't care about the patients. Now I talked to Miriam and she treated me as if she were doing me a favor. but the level has dropped a lot.... a friend called me on the same day telling me that they couldn't see my son because his referral had expired but then they found out well and were able to take care of him."

"Everyone was very nice and helpful. I still need a few more answers to some of the issues I'm having, but I felt like they were thorough with their testing and had some good advice. If you need to call them, do it during morning hours. If you call in the afternoon and leave a message, they never call you back. I'm never up in the mornings because I work late hours, so it took me 2 weeks to finally get through. *Update: they actually did call me back to make an appointment, but I had already made one by that time. Honestly? I think they're just super busy at this place because patients like them. I actually was not referred to them by my doctor. She referred me somewhere else, and when I Googled her referral, they had average reviews. So I did some research and ended up choosing Nevada Ear + Sinus Institute because they had much better reviews!"
