"I was excited to try this office and Dr. because of the great reviews. My appointment time for my fist visit was 12:30 pm, but they said to arrive at 12:00. I am legally blind and rely on various means of transportation that are often out of my control. That being said, I generally make it a priority to show up for my appointments early. I was in my Lyft and realized that we were stuck in unexpected traffic. I phoned the office to let them know that I would be there by 12:30, but wouldn’t be able to make the 12:00 pm suggested arrival time. I also let them know that I had completed my intake paperwork at home and brought it with me. They told me that I had to reschedule my appointment. I explained to them that I was half way there in a Lyft. They said that they asked the Dr and that he said I would have to reschedule. They said that they had to do vitals and ask me background questions? I asked if the Dr could see me first at my designated appointment time of 12:30, and then they could do the rest after, but again they said no. The only reason I did not give one star is because most of the office staff was polite and friendly, and I can’t say anything bad about the Dr as I never got to meet him, and I have no proof that he actually said no to my requests to be seen. I don’t like to use my disability for sympathy, but I would say that general human decency would have been greatly appreciated here. I’m an MSW grad student and my spare time is limited and very important as well. Perhaps just giving someone a set time to come in and then doing the vitals at that time would add a little clarity for people and eliminate any type of confusion?"

"The office is professional and the front office staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Weingrow was attentive, thorough, and very much present in the moment while he was interacting with me. Overall, I had a good experience on my initial intake and will continue with this health care team."

"I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Leventhal is the only great point this place has. After not returning messages or phone calls I got upset and I was then dropped as a patient. They're only nice until they don't get back to you and you react.It was over a serious situation that led hospitalization."
